So with the holidays over and the resolutions in effect, what still remains for most people are the candies and treats which we have laying around the house. Problem with this is the battle between loosing weight and gaining it back until it’s all been devoured. Lucky for me, my wife donated a lot of the treats we had to her work colleges so my trousers would fit me still for work :P.
Whom else is in this mid way struggle between Holiday candy and loosing the Holiday weight gain, also what are you doing to battle against this and have any tips for those whom may be struggling and not doing so well.
For my wife and I we have been doing more hikes around trails to burn it off along with salads for dinner to battle the treats 😀 and no, you can’t just not eat them 😛 to delicious to resist haha.
